8 day, half hour and hour gong strike, running perfectly. 41 inches high case made of solid mahogany, lighter in color than most mahogany, looks more like cherry. Hand rubbed furniture finish, absolutely near mint perfect, looks like it has never been on the wall. Decorated panels, brass side ornaments and brass eagle ornament, are perfect. 8 inch painted brass dial has a miniscule amount of paint loss caused by arthritic fingers. Convex glass in the brass sash. All the little round balls are intact on the base. There is nothing I can say negative about this clock, it is near mint and came from a collector with some others to follow in this catalog, that has only mint clocks. Ly- New Haven No. 192.
