silvered and brass dial with Arabic on silvered chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with ticks, every 5 minutes with triangle, silvered seconds dial above center with Arabic every 10 seconds and silvered chimes or silent dial in upper left spandrels with silvered chimes set dial in upper right with selection of Westminster Chimes & Whittington Chimes, spandrels with cast brass scroll work, arched top with etched world hemispheres in silver, silvered calendar dial in arch with Arabic every 5 days and paint phases of the moon revolving dial with sailing ship, brass 8-day time, strike and chimes 3 weight driven movement and original brass pendulum, mahogany case with carved fan in arched waist door with beveled glass front, flanked by stop fluted turned columns, solid paneled sides, base with carved oval rosette in center, cove molding and paw feet, bonnet with matching stop fluted columns, flanking arch top door, broken arch crest with rose rosette terminals, central reeded plinth with urn shaped finial and matching finials at front corners, in original finish, 14" 26" x 97" high.
