30-hour time and strike, weight-driven, wooden works. Painted wooden dial, Arabic numerals, gilt geometric and scrollwork center and spandrels. Mahogany case with carved half columns, splat and paw feet. Columns with acanthus leaves separated by sections of turning with central palm leaf oval shield. Carved splat with basket of fruit and foliage, flanked by plain plinths. Fine replaced tablet with southern plantation scene, bronzed rose and leaf surround. Original finish and paper label. 18" wide x 4.3" deep x 33.5" high.Ex Paul A. Heffner Collection.As above, else EXC.
