30-hour time and strike, weight-driven, wooden works. Painted wooden dial, Roman numerals and bronzed geometric spandrels. Curly maple and mahogany stenciled half columns with regilded tops and bottoms, stepped crown molding. Case is curly maple, except base which is mahogany veneer. Door with original polychrome and gilt birds in a bush motif. Original paper label. 15.5" wide x 5.25" deep x 23" high.Ex Paul A.
