Watson Cincinnati arched around circular landscape painting with drapery surround, floral and gilt spandrels and fine gilt and polychrome military tombstone painting of eagle atop crossed arms and shield with 18 stars above. 12" wide x 16.25" high.Ex Paul A. Heffner Collection.Some repaired teeth on works, replaced iron bell and pewter hands; lacks second hand; original wind holes plugged during 19th century; also screw holes at side margins of dial, still a beautiful dial with nice works, VG.
