Mahogany case in original old crazed-bubbly finish, with a few veneer losses and small chips on top carvings. Old mirror tablet cracked across bottom left, both glasses retained by newer-looking wood strips. Unusual 3-train wood alarm movement looks clean and complete. Large brass bell. Wood dial in very nice condition with fancy gilt-gesso corner spandrels. Ht.39".
