Jeremiah Dewey, Chelsea, Vermont, "Banjo" wall clock 8 day time only weight driven movement in mahogany case with gold leafed front and reverse painted throat and lower tablet and iron painted dial, c1829 the case retains its original finish. The dial is in untouched original condition. The tablets are old repaints. The top finial and lower weight baffle are later replacements.
