Mahogany veneered case in a very old finish with repairs. The scrolls and the feet have been repaired with some minor damage to the tips on the front skirt. Original painted dial with Masonic emblems is quite nice for its age. Hands are original. Original painted tablet with general loss. Movement is the proper one with some minor repairs and was made by Ephraim Downs who was supplying movements to Hoadley when he first began making these clocks. Finials are not original. A couple of the small pieces of the backboard have been replaced. Label inside the case is dark but readable. Ht 29"
