Riley Whiting, Winchester, Conn., 30 hour, time and strike, weight wood movement half column & splat with paw feet shelf clock, c1830 Mahogany veneered case in nice condition with a couple chips on the base and a veneer repair on the door. Original painted tablet has some wear and fine scratches and minor chips. Original stenciling has faded under the old finish. Chimney caps have some damage and the finials are not original. Tablet is a replacement. Hands are period but not original and will need to be fitted to the movement. Ht 29.75"
