Herschede Clock Co., Cincinnati, mahogany, 8 days, time only, weight driven, banjo wall clock, 889 B on movement, c1920 this solid wood case has some scratches on its original finish. The glasses are starting to flake and the entire center of the lower tablet is gone. There is an old patina on the top eagle finial; the brass side arms bezel and pendulum bob are brighter. The white painted metal dial has some scratches. The movement appears clean and complete; the weight is old but its hook has been recently glued and may need strengthening. Hands are correct. Ht 34Ó
