Mahogany and gilt banjo with some loss to the balls on the bottom bracket. The side arms have residue from brass polishing compound that has left some residue on the case. Painted steel dial with very minor loss at the mounting screws. James used a Waltham movement when making this timepiece. Very nice colorful glasses. James G. Conlon was the son of James E. Conlon who made copies of WillardÕs banjo, lyre, girandole, Mass. shelf, and lighthouse clocks in the early 1900Õs.
