The case has had some finish restoration. The columns and splat are now a dark (black) color with no visible stenciling The original painted dial is in nice condition. The time and strike hands are original, but the alarm hand appears replaced. The Franklin label is in good condition. The top glass is original, the center glass which probably had a mirror now has a later print, but the lower "Time is Money" glass is original.
