Refinished mahogany case has minor damage on the bottom and repair at the left and right bottom door molding. The bottom board has been replaced. The throat panel has a repair on the top left corner and a plugged hole on the two side pieces. The dial door has a repair at the hinge. Bottom tablet is a replacement. Throat tablet is original with some restoration of the background. The repainted dial has turned yellow on the outer edge and is likely not original as it is slightly larger than the head. Period hands and weight. The pendulum rod is broken and the bob is missing. This timepiece may not be a Howard & Davis as the movement and keystone are different from the type used by them.
